## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

(-5) ON NOVEMBER 22, 1998, AT 1900 CST, A CESSNA 441, N53GG, OWNED BY G & G TRUCKING AND PILOTED BY LEON L. HEBERT, SUSTAINED DAMAGE WHILE LANDING IN VFR METEOROLOGICAL CONDITIONS AT THE WAUKESHA AIRPORT. MR. HEBERT HOLDS AN AIRLINE TRANSPORT PILOT CERTIFICATE, NUMBER 1490619, WITH NUMEROUS TYPE RATINGS AND WAS OPERATING UNDER CFR PART 135 WHEN THE INCIDENT OCCURRED. THERE WERE EIGHT PASSENGERS ON BOARD AND NO INJURIES WERE REPORTED.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
