THE DE-ICING OPERATION WAS BEING CONDUCTED BY UNITED AIRLINES RAMP SERVICES. ACCORDING TO UNITED AIRLINES RAMP SERVICES REPRESENTATIVES, THE BOOM OF THE DE-ICING VEHICLE STRUCK THE UNDERSIDE OF THE RIGHT WING TIP AND AILERON WHEN IT WAS DRIVEN UNDER THE WING WHILE THE BOOM WAS EXTENDED. THE AIRCRAFT SUSTAINED MINOR DAMAGE. NO PERSONS WERE INJURED. THE AIRCRAFT WAS REGISTERED UNDER THE DUTCH REGISTRY AND BEING OPERATED BY MARITNAIRE INC. UNDER FAR PAR 129 FOR CARGO OPERATIONS. VISUAL METEOROLOGICAL CONDITIONSPREVAILED AT THE TIME OF THE OCCURENCE.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
