## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

(-5) CE-402 COLLIDED WITH CE-172 ON TAXIWAY PAPA. BOTH AIRCRAFT WERE CLEARED BY GROUND CONTROL TO TAXI TO RUNWAY 19. GROUND CONTROL DID NOT ADVISE EITHER AIRCRAFT TO GIVE WAY TO THE OTHER. NOR DID HE ADVISE EITHER AIRCRAFT OF THE OTHERS LOCATION. THE PILOT OF THE CE-172 WAS TAXIING TO RUNWAY 19 ON TAXIWAY PAPA WHEN THE CE-402 ENTERED THE TAXIWAY AND COLLIED WITH THE CE-172. THE PILOT OF THE CE-172 STOPPED HIS AIRCRAFT TO AVOID THE COLLISION, BUT THE CE-402 CONTINUED AND HIS WINGTIP WENT THROUGH THE PROPELLER ARC OF THE CE-172. THE WINGTIP OF THE CE-402 WAS STRUCK BY THE CE-172'S PROPELLER. NO OTHER CONTACT WAS MADE WITH THE CE-172. THE PILOT OF THE CE-402 CONTINUED TO TAXI UNAWARE OF THE COLLISION, AND WAS ADVISED BY THE TOWER PERSONNEL THAT THE COLLISION OCCURRED.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
