## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

MR. DAVID MCCANN, AN IRISH TRANSIENT RESIDING IN COSTA RICA WAS ARRESTED BY THE SAN FRANCISCO AIRPORT POLICE, FOR DRUNKEN AND DISRUPTIVE BEHAVIOR ON TACA FLIGHT #560. AFTER BEING RELEASED FROM POLICE CUSTODY, HE VISITED FRIENDS AND RETURNED TO CENTRAL AMERICA. HIS REPORTED ADDRESS IS INVERIFIABLE, AND THIS INSPECTOR COULD NOT LOCATE HIM BY PHONE. NO FURTHER ACTION IS WARRENTED AT THIS TIME. (ABOVE NARRATIVE FROM 8020-23)

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
