## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

AIRSTAR INTERNATIONAL AIR AMBULANCE STRUCK SEVERAL SEAGULLS ON TAKE-OFF AND BOTH ENGINES SUSTAINED SUBSTANTIAL DAMAGE, NO INJURIES WERE REPORTED TO THE 2 POB, THE ACFT RETURNED AND LANDED WITHOUT FURTHER INCIDENT, OTHER CIRCUMSTANCES ARE UNKNOWN. (-5) WHILE TAKING OFF ON RUNWAY 32L AT OMA EPPLEY FIELD, AIRCRAFT STRUCK A FLOCK OF GULLS APPROXIMATELY 40' AGL. THE RIGHT ENGINE LOST POWER AND THE AIRCRAFT RETURNED FOR LANDING ON RUNWAY 36. NO OTHER DAMAGE TO AIRCRAFT.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
