NOSE LANDING GEAR JAMBED IN RETRACTED POSITION DUE TO GEAR DOORS CLOSING FIRST. GEAR DOOR ACTUATORS NOT RECONNECTED FOLLOWING MAINTENANCE ON HEATER.  PILOT DID NOT CATCH DURING PREFLIGHT.
