## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

(-5)PILOT STATED THAT HE SELECTED GEAR DOWN PRIOR TO LANDING. HE THOUGHT GEAR WAS DOWN. ONLY UPON LANDING DID HE REALIZE THAT THE GEAR DID NOT FULLY EXTEND. PILOT DID NOT CHECK LANDING GEAR POSITION LIGHT PRIOR TO LANDING. AFTER LANDING PILOT NOTED LANDING GEAR CIRCUIT BREAKER WAS POPPED. REASON FOR POPPED CIRCUIT BREAKER UNKNOWN AT THIS TIME. AIRCRAFT WAS PLACED ON JACKS AND LANDING GEAR WAS CYCLED 6 TIMES WITHOUT ANY PROBLEMS. UNABLE TO DETERMINE WHY LANDING GEAR DID NOT EXTEND.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
