MR. BEACHY HAND PROPPED AIRCRAFT AFTER EXPERIENCING A LOW BATTERY. WIND BLAST FROM LOW RPM PROPELLER OPERATION CLOSED CABIN DOOR MAKING ACCESS DIFFICULT. A/C IMPACTED IN A REMOTE DRAINAGE DITCH AWAY FROM OTHER PROPERTY OR PEOPLE AND CAME TO REST WITH MINIMAL DAMAGE.
