## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

CREW DECLARED AN EMERGENCY ON APPROACH TO CAK DUE TO LEFT FLAP BEING AT 18 DEGREES AND THE RIGHT FLAP BEING AT 20 DEGREES. CREW FOLLOWED THE QUICK REFERENCE HANDBOOK AND SELECTED 8 DEGREES FLAPS, NOTHING HAPPENED. THE ACFT LANDED LONG AND HOT AT CAK, BUT WITHOUT INCIDENT. THE AIRCRAFT WAS MAINTENANCE FERRIED TO CVG FRO TROUBLESHOOTING WHERE THE LH OTB AND THE RT INBD FLAP ACTUATORS WERE RRR-D ALONG WITH THE FLAP CONTROL HANDLE AT THIS TIME.-END-

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
