## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

(-23) DURING TAKEOFF THE PILOT NOTICED A TELEPHONE WIRE FALLING AWAY AS IF IT HAD BEEN CUT SO HE LANDED THE AIRCRAFT WITHOUT INCIDENT. AFTER LANDING THE PILOT DID A BRIEF WALK AROUND OF THE AIRCRAFT AND NOTICED NO DAMAGE TO THE AIRCRAFT. HE FLEW THE AIRCRAFT HOME WITHOUT INCIDENT (ABOUT 1 MILE). AFTER ARRIVING AT HOME, A MORE DETAILED INSPECTION REVEALED THAT THERE WAS SOME DAMAGE TO THE PROP AND THE PILOT NOTIFIED THE FAA. THE PILOT ALSO STATED THAT HE DID TWO VISUAL SCANS OF THE AREA BEFORE OPERATING THE AIRCRAFT. HE SAID THAT HE DID NOT SEE THE WIRE BECAUSE THEY BLENDED IN WITH A BARN ROOF IN THE AREA.

Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
