WHILE TAXIING IN A RIGHT TURN FROM THE HANGAR RAMP TO A TAXIWAY, THE PROPELLER CONTACTED A WEIGHTED MARKER IDENTIFYING A SINK HOLE. THE PILOT DID NOT SEE THE OBSTRUCTION AT ANY TIME DURING HIS TAXI OPERATION.
