## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

THE PILOT WAS FORCED TO LAND ON "OLD MARY'S ROAD" @ MORMON LAKE, AZ. (FLAGSTAFF AREA) BECAUSE HE WAS UNABLE TO CLIMB A/C OVER 8500' MOUNTAIN AREA DUE TO HOT & HIGH (92 DEGREES F/TO 60' MSL) DENSITY ALT. THAT DAY. GUSTY WIND CONDITIONS CAUSED A/C TO VEER OFF TO RIGHT DAMAGING R/H WING TIP AND PROPELLER. PILOT WAS NOT INJURED (NO PASSENGERS) AND THERE WAS NO FIRE.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
