(-5) PIC GORDON K. SMITH LOST CONTROL OF N161H, A LANCAIR 235, ON TAKEOFF ROLL AT PUBELO, COLORADO. AIRCRAFT DEPARTED THE RUNWAY, COLLAPSED THE NOSE GEAR AND RECIEVED SUBSEQUENT PROPELLER DAMAGE, AS THE NOSE OF THE AIRCRAFT FELL TO GROUND LEVEL.
