DURING TAKEOFF ROLL AT 95-100 KNOTS, #1 ENGINE EGT EXCEEDED 940 MOMENTARILY. CREW ABORTED TAKEOFF WITHOUT FURTHER INCIDENT. MAINTENANCE REMOVED AND REPLACED PRIMARY EIS AND SYSTEM CHECKED NORMAL. AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO SERVICE.
