## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

(-23) FLIGHT 907 FROM EWR TO DEN REPORTED SMOKE IN COCKPIT. AIRCRAFT LANDED IN DEN WITHOUT INCIDENT. MAINTENANCE FOUND THAT THE LEFT AIR CYCLE MACHINE OVERHEATED. THIS CAUSED SOME SMOKE IN THE COCKPIT AND CABIN. THE ACM WAS REPLACED AND THE AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE. TWO FLIGHT ATTENDENTS REQUIRED PRECAUTIONARY MEDICAL ATTENTION AND WERE PLACED ON MEDICAL LEAVE FOR SEVERAL DAYS AND RETURNED TO FLIGHT DUTY. THIS WAS A RON FLIGHT.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
