(-23) PILOT LOST CONTROL OF AIRCRAFT AFTER LANDING ON RUNWAY 3.  AIRCRAFT VEERED TO LEFT AND STRUCK A TAXIWAY INFORMATION SIGN WHICH SHEARED OFF THE LEFT MAIN WHEEL ASSEMBLY AT THE SPINDLE ATTACH POINT.  NO REASON FOR THE LOSS OF CONTROL IS APPARENT.
