(-23) AFTER TAKE-OFF FROM TOL ENROUTE TO ATL, THE FLIGHT CREW RECEIVED A WINDSHEAR, STALL WARNING, INDICATIONS IN LOSS OF AIRSPEED, AND AN ALTIMETER "NO CLIMB". THE CREW DUMPED FUEL AND DECLARED AN EMERGENCY. THE AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO TOL WITH NO FURTHER INCIDENTS. INITIAL INSPECTION OF THE AIRCRAFT AFTER IT RETURNED TO TOL REVEALED THAT THE PITOT STATIC PORTS ON BOTH SIDES OF THE AIRCRAFT WERE COVERED WITH TAPE. THE TAPE WAS APPLIED DURING THE PERFORMANCE OF AIRCRAFT MAINTENANCE. ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
