As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

(-23) ON 08/07/99, AT 1420 PDT, A MOONEY M20K, N321RM, REGISTERED TO RONALD LOUIS DONA DEPARTED MATHER FIELD (MHR) ENROUTE TO CAMERON PARK (O61). AFTER THE PILOT INITIATED LANDING GEAR EXTENSION, HE NOTICED THE LANDING GEAR WAS NOT FULLY EXTENDED. ANOTHER PILOT ON THE FIELD AT O61, BECAME AIRBORNE IN HIS AIRCRAFT AND FOUND THAT THE LEFT MAIN LANDING GEAR WAS NOT EXTENDED. THE AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO MHR, DECLARED AN EMERGENCY AND LANDED WITH THE LEFT MAIN LANDING GEAR UP. THE AIRCRAFT SUSTAINED MINIMAL DAMAGE AND THE PILOT WAS NOT INJURED. INVESTIGATION REVEALED THE LOWER, INBOARD LANDING GEAR DOOR ATTACHMENT SCREWS LOOSENED. From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
