## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

ACFT WAS TAXIING AFTER LANDING WHEN THE RUDDER PEDAL BROKE, AND THE ACFT RAN OFF THE RWY. (-23) ON LANDING ROLL OUT, LOSS OF CONTROL WAS INDUCED BY THE PILOT OVER-CONTROLLING THE RUDDER PEDALS. THERE WAS MINOR DAMAGE TO THE RIGHT WING TIP, THE RIGHT GEAR STRUT AND THE PROPELLER. MR. BAKER, THE PILOT/OWNER OF N976DB, WILL SPEND A MINIMUM OF TWO HOURS PRACTICING DECELERATION FROM SIMULATED LANDINGS IN N976DB.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
