## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

APPROXIMATELY 440 FEET INTO THE TAKE-OFF ROLL ON RUNWAY 27, THE AIRCRAFT IMPACTED A DEER ATTEMPTING TO INTERSECT THE RUNWAY FROM THE NORTH. THE AIRCRAFT SUSTAINED NOTICEABLE DAMAGE TO ONE OF THE TWO FIXED PITCH PROPELLER BLADES, THE LEFT UNDER WING FUEL TANK COCK POPPET DRAIN AND A DENT TO THE INBOARD LEFT WING LEADING EDGE. THE DEER INITIAL CONTACT WAS WITH THE AIRCRAFT'S SPINNING PROPELLER BLADES AND SECONDARY DAMAGES WERE ISOLATED TO THE LEFT SIDE OF THE AIRCRAFT. IT WAS AT NIGHT TIME (DARK) WHEN THE INCIDENT OCCURRED AND THE AIRPORT'S LIGHTING CONDITIONS WERE NOT A FACTOR. THIS INCIDENT IS CLOSED.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
