## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

(-23) ON 09/03/99, AT ABOUT 1300 HRS, A CESSNA 401B, N7921Q, LANDED AT FLL RUNWAY 9R. DURING THE ROLLOUT, THE PILOT STATED THAT THE LANDING GEAR HORN CAME ON CONTINUOUSLY. THEN THE RIGHT MAIN GEAR COLLAPSED. AIRCRAFT RECEIVED MINOR DAMAGE TO THE RIGHT PROP, RT FLAP SKIN, RT WING TIP AND RT LANDING LIGHT. INVESTIGATION REVEALED THAT THE RIGHT LANDING GEAR BELLCRANK FAILED, CAUSING THE LANDING GEAR SCISSORS TORQUE LINK TO BREAK OFF.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
