## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

(-23) ON TUESDAY, 09/07/1999, APPROX. 08:18 CDT, THE LEFT INBOARD BRAKE OF AN EMB-120, N264AS, ASOA FLIGHT 4881 LOCKED UP DURING TAXI FOR DEPARTURE FROM OKC TO DFW. PASSENGERS WERE TAKEN FROM THE TAXI WAY TO THE TERMINAL BY BUS. THE LEFT INBOARD TIRE WAS DEFLATED TO FACILITATE TOWING THE AIRCRAFT TO THE RAMP BY AAR MAINTENANCE PERSONNEL. ASOA MAINTENANCE PERSONNEL WERE BROUGHT FROM DFW WITH A REPLACEMENT BRAKE AND TWO WHEEL AND TIRE UNITS, THE LEFT INBOARD BRAKE AND BOTH WHEEL AND TIRE UNITS WERE REPLACED.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
