(-23) FUEL STARVATION OF THE LEFT FUEL TANK; ATTEMPT WAS MADE TO SWITCH TO THE RIGHT TANK WITHOUT ENGAGING THE ELECTRIC FUEL BOOST PUMP RESULTING IN THE FUEL STARVATION TO THE ENGINE. A PRECAUTIONARY LANDING WAS MADE IN A CORN FIELD.
