## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

(-23) INVESTIGATION REVEALED THAT AIRPLANE LANDED ON RUNWAY 29 AT BISON. THERE WERE TIRE MARKS WHERE THE MAINS TOUCHED AND WHERE THE NOSE WHEEL TOUCHED INDICATING THAT ALL THREE WHEELS CONTACTED THE SURFACE AT ABOUT THE SAME TIME. THERE WERE THREE GOUGES IN THE RUNWAY WHERE THE PROPELLOR HIT JUST IN FRONT OF THE TIRE MARKS. THERE WAS ANOTHER SET OF MARKS APPROXIMATELY 50 FEE FURTHER DOWN THE RUNWAY WHERE APPARENTLY THE LEFT LANDING GEAR SEPARATED FROM THE AIRCRAFT INDICATED BY GREEN PAINT ON THE RUNWAY. THERE WERE THEN MARKS WHERE THE AIRCRAFT VEERED LEFT OFF THE RUNWAY AND CAME TO REST IN THE GRASS. ALL EVIDENCE POINTS TO A VERY HARD LANDING. THE AIRPLANE'S PROPELLER AND LEFT FLAP WERE DAMAGED.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
