## The NTSB's investigation of this event (1)

From the NTSB's public API. Aircraft are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported serial number, make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

- [NTSB DEN00LA004](https://openairdocs.org/ntsb/DEN00LA004), Oct 14, 1999: Cessna 180D (N6425X), Denver, CO, substantial damage. Probable cause: The excessive taxi speed used by the pilot exiting the runway via a high-speed taxiway resulting in a loss of control. A factor was the crosswind.

## Other reports on N6425X (1)

Matched to the same aircraft by N-number and date.

- [Accident 20110724014289A](https://openairdocs.org/incident/20110724014289A), Jul 24, 2011: Cessna 180D (N6425X), Oscoda, MI, Substantial damage. [privacy data omitted]

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
