## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

(-23) "INDUSTRIAL INCIDENT-NO INTENT TO FLY" ^PRIVACY DA^ WAS TAXIING AIRCRAFT N46RB AN AMATEUR BUILD OUT FROM THE T HANGARS, AND AS HE APPROACHED TAXIWAY D HE STRUCK STATIONARY AIRCRAFT N34AQ BEECH BE-A45-B45 WHICH WAS BEING TAXIED BY MR. EDWARDS FOR MAINTENANCE RUN AFTER ANNUAL INSPECTION. BOTH PROPS STRUCK EACH OTHER CAUSING THE PROPELLER ON N34AQ TO EXIT THE AIRCRAFT BY BREAKING THE CRANKSHAFT. THE PROPELLER (WOOD) FROM N46RB WAS DAMAGED AND SHATTERED. THERE WAS DAMAGE TO THE FRONT COWLING OF BOTH AIRCRAFT, AND BOTH PROPELLERS WERE DESTROYED. THE ENGINE ON N34AQ WAS DAMAGED IN THE FACT THAT THE CRANKSHAFT WAS BROKEN WHEN THE PROPELLER CAME OFF THE AIRCRAFT.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
