(-23) ON 10/26/99 AT 0912 A BIG SKY AIRLINES, INC. FAIRCHILD SA-227-AC, N#704C, EXPERIENCED A FAILURE OF THE AIRCRAFT TO PROPERLY PRESSURIZE. FLIGHT #2550 RETURNED TO BILLINGS WITHOUT FURTHER INCIDENT.  SUBSEQUENT TROUBLESHOTTING BY MAINTENANCE REVEALED A TEAR IN THE CABIN DOOR SEAL.
