## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

(-23)N7512N CLEARED TO CORSS RUNWAY 23L AND INTO POSITION AND HOLD ON RUNWAY 23R. AIRCRAFT TAXIED TO 23L AND HELD INSTEAD. CONTROLLER INSTRUCTED AIRCRAFT TO TAXI AN ADDITIONAL 1000FT. AND TRUN RIGHT ONTO 23R AND HOLD. AIRCRAFT TOOK OFF ON 23L (WRONG RUNWAY) AND WITHOUT A TAKEOFF CLEARANCE. A CONTINENTAL JET ON FINAL WAS SENT AROUND BUT THERE WAS NO LOSS IN TRAFFIC SEPARATION.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
