## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

(-23) THIS OFFICE/REGION WAS NEVER NOTIFIED OF THIS INCIDENT. I HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO TALK TO THE PILOT. THE CO-PILOT REFUSED TO TALK TO ME AND REFERRED ME TO HIS COMPANY. THE COMPANY CHIEF PILOT SAID THAT THIS WAS A RE-POSITIONING FLIGHT TO LAWRENCE. AFTER LANDING, DURING ROLL-OUT, THE CREW LOST CONTROL OF THE AIRPLANE AND ROLLED INTO A DITCH. THEY KEPT THE POWER LEVERS FORWARD, TRYING TO TAXI OUT OF THE DITCH. BOTH PROPS STRUCK THE GROUND, THIS DAMAGING BOTH ENGINES. A FERRY PERMIT WAS ISSUED, BUT I HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO DISCOVER WHO ISSUED IT.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
