(-23) AFTER PUSHBACK FROM THE GATE, AIRCRAFT STARTED TO TAXI.  THE RIGHT ENGINE STRUCK THE PUSHBACK TUG RESULTING IN DAMAGE TO THE RIGHT NOSE COWLING.
