## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

PILOT STATED ON HIS SECOND FLIGHT OF THE DAY, THE ENGINE LOST POWER AND HE MADE A FORCED LANDING IN A FEILD NEXT TO HIS AIR STRIP. ON LANDING, THE LEFT EDGES, HORIZONTAL STABILIZER LEADING EDGES AND NOSE GEAR WHEEL FAIRING. INSPECTION OF THE FUEL SYSTEM DISCLOSED A SMALL AMOUNT OF WATER IN THE FUEL STRAINER. WATER WAS NOT PRESENT IN FULE TANKS, CARBURETO, OR MR. KINGS FUEL SUPPLY AT HIS AIR STRIP. THIS INCIDENT IS CLOSED.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
