## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

IGL1920000010-N14268 DEPARTED MWA AT 1400UTC. THE PILOT REPORTED THAT AS HE WAS CLIMBING THROUGH 2500 FEET, AND APPROXIMATELY 5 MILES NORTH OF THE MWA AIRPORT, HE NOTED A SUDDEN LOSS OF RIGHT ENGINE FUEL FLOW WITH AN IMMEDIATE LOSS OF RIGHT POWER. THE PILOT INITIATED A RETURN TO THE MWA AIRPORT AND ATTEMPTED A RESTART OF THE RIGHT ENGINE WHICH WAS NOT SUCCESSFUL. HE COMPLETED THE ENGINE SHUTDOWN CHECKLIST AND RETURNED, WITH THE RIGHT ENGINE SHUTDOWN AND FEATHERED, TO THE MWA AIRPORT FOR A LANDING WITHOUT FURTHER INCIDENT. SUBSQUENT INVESTIGATION OF THE RIGHT ENGINE BY A MECHANIC, REVEALED THAT THE FUEL LINE FORM THE INJECTOR TO THE MANIFOLD VALVE WAS LOOSE AT THE INJECTOR. THE LINE WAS RETORQUED, THE ENGINE WAS STARTED ON THE GOUND AND OPERATION SATISFACTORILY. THE AIRCRAFT WAS REUTRNED TO SERVICE. THIS INCIDENT IS CLOSED WITH THIS REPORT.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
