## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

(-23) THE PILOT IN COMMAND STATED THAT HE WAS GIVING A DUAL LESSON TO MR. D'AGOSTING AND ON LANDING ROLLOUT. THE A/C WANDERED OFF CENTER LINE OF THE RUNWAY. HE APPLIED BRAKE TO CORRECT AND THE STUDENT ALSO APPLIED THE SAME BRAKE AT THE SAME TIME, CAUSING THE A/C TO NOSE OVER AND FLIP ONTO IT'S BACK.

## The NTSB's investigation of this event (1)

From the NTSB's public API. Aircraft are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported serial number, make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

- [NTSB SEA00LA047](https://openairdocs.org/ntsb/SEA00LA047), Mar 4, 2000: Cessna 180H (N9907V), Bozeman, MT, substantial damage. Probable cause: Aircraft control was not maintained. Inadequate remedial action was a factor.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
