## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

(-23)PILOT NOTICED A VIBRATION OF AIRCRAFT AT ROTATION (TAKE-OFF). THE LANDING GEAR INDICATION WAS UNSAFE GEAR UP (NOT UP AND LOCKED) WHEN GEAR WAS RAISED. GEAR WAS RECYCLED BUT GEAR INDICATOR SHOWED NOT UP AND LOCKED TOWER (GPT) CONFIRMED GEAR APPEARED DOWN. PILOT LANDED AIRCRAFT AND STOPPED ON RUNWAY 14. LEFT MAIN LANDING GEAR TIRE WAS FLAT AND LEFT GEAR WAS DAMAGED AT ATTACHMENT TO AIRCRAFT AND WAS UNSAFE. ACFT. ON RUNWAY FOR 1.5 HOURS UNTIL IT COULD BE SAFELY MOVED. NO INJURIES.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
