## The NTSB's investigation of this event (1)

- [NTSB FTW00LA203](https://openairdocs.org/ntsb/FTW00LA203), Jul 8, 2000: Aero Commander 685 (N1203N), Pine Bluff, AR, substantial damage. Probable cause: the pilot's misjudged flare, which resulted in a hard landing. A contributing factor was the pilot's lack of total experience in the make and model of airplane.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong.
