## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

(-23)ON JULY 15, 2000, AT 1235E, AN SF-340, S/N 340-341, REGISTERED AS AIRCRAFT N341SB, AND BEING OPERATED AS "SIMA" FLIGHT #5050, RETURNED TO AND LANDED ON TUNWAY 28R AT THE PITTSBURGH INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT (PIT). THE AIRCRAFT TAXIED TO THE GATE WITHOUT INCIDENT. THE #1 ENGINE WAS SHUT DOWN AFTER TAKEOFF DUE TO HOT TAIL PIPE INDICATION. MAINTENANCE FOUND WATER IN THE CANNON PLUG. THE PLUG WAS CLEANED AND SYSTEM OPS CHECKED. THE AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE. INVESTIGATION BY DESK AUDIT AND CLOSED.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
