(-23)DURING A LOCAL FLIGHT IN THE VACINITY OF FLAGSTAFF, AZ THE ENGINE OVERHEATED AND QUIT. THE AIRCRAFT LANDED ON INTERSTATE 17, 5 MILES SOUTH OF SEZ.  NO DAMAGE TO PERSONNEL INJURY OCCURRED.  POST  LANDING INSPECTION REVEALED THE ENGINE COOLANT WAS LOW.
