## The NTSB's investigation of this event (1)

- [NTSB CHI00LA247](https://openairdocs.org/ntsb/CHI00LA247), Aug 8, 2000: Schweizer G-164B (N3629D), Wallace, NE, substantial damage. Probable cause: the fractured number three exhaust push rod assembly and the unsuitable terrain encountered by the pilot.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
