## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

(-23) DURING PRACTICE TOUCH AND GO LANDING, STUDENT FLARED HIGH AND LOST CONTROL OF AIRCRAFT DURING GO AROUND ATTEMPT. ## The NTSB's investigation of this event (1)

From the NTSB's public API. Aircraft are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported serial number, make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

- [NTSB CHI00LA290](https://openairdocs.org/ntsb/CHI00LA290), Sep 8, 2000: Beech B19 (N1930W), Dodge Center, MN, substantial damage. Probable cause: the student pilot not maintaining aircraft control and the instructor pilot's delayed remedial action. A factor relating to the accident was the ditch.

## Other reports on N1930W (1)

Matched to the same aircraft by N-number and date.

- [Incident 19910724034879I](https://openairdocs.org/incident/19910724034879I), Jul 24, 1991: Beech B19 (N1930W), Mason City, IA, Minor damage. Student pilot struck a parked aircraft while taxiing to ramp.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
