(-23)AIRCRAFT MADE NORMAL LANDING AT BUR RY15. ON ROLLOUT THE NOSE GEAR COLLAPSED. AIRCRAFT WAS TOWED OFF THE RUNWAY. NO INJURIES TO PILOT (SOLE OCCUPANT). DAMAGED TO AIRCRAFT CONSISTED OF MINOR DAMAGE TO BOTTOM SKIN OF AIRCRAFT NOSE, DESTRUCTION OF BOTH PITOT TUBES, AND DAMAGE TO ALL PROP BLADES. EXAMINATION OF THE AIRCRAFT REVEALED A FAILED NOSE GEAR ACTUATOR ROD END WHICH ACCOUNTED FOR THE NOSE GEAR NOT BEING MECHANICALLY LOCKED DOWN IN PLACE. CERTIFICATE HOLDING OFFICE WP27 PROVIDED PERMIT FOR MOVING THE AIRCRAFT FOR REPAIRS.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
