AT THAT TIME THE LANDING GEAR COLLAPSED AND THE AIRPLANE CAME TO A STOP BETWEEN THE RUNWAY AND THE TAXIWAY. THE WIND WAS LIGHT AND VARIABLE. THE AIRPLANE SUSTAINED SUBSTANTIAL DAMAGE AND THERE WAS NO INJURIES TO BOTH OCCUPANTS.
