(-23) DURING A VISUAL APPROACH TO RWY 23 AT THE MORRISTOWN AIRPORT (KMMU), THE A/C EXPERIENCED A FLAP ASYMMETRY INDICATION WHEN FLIGHT CREW ATTEMPTED TO LOWER FLAPS. WHILE ON FINAL APPROACH, THE FLIGHTCREW FORGOT TO EXTEND LANDING GEAR. A/C SCRAPED THE RUNWAY. FLIGHTCREW INITIATED A "GO-AROUND" RE-ENTERED THE TRAFFIC PATTERN, EXTENDED LANDING GEAR, AND LANDED ON RUNWAY 23 WITHOUT FURTHER INCIDENT.
