(-23) ON APPROACH TO LANDING AT SALEM AIRPORT (38D) TO RUNWAY 28 THE RIGHT MAIN GEAR OF THE CESSNA STRUCK THE ROOF OF A NORTHBOUND TRUCK ON STATE ROUTE 45 (SR45 IS 300 FEET EAST OF RW28). NO DAMAGE TO THE A/C AND SLIGHT DAMAGE TO THE ROOF OF THE TRUCK. RW28 HAS A DISPLACED THRESHOLD.
