(-23)PILOT REPORTED AN UNSAFE GEAR CONDITION. NOSE GEAR APPEARED NOT TO BE FULLY EXTENDED AND LOCKED. NUMEROUS ATTEMPTS WERE MADE TO JAR THE GEAR DOWN. PILOT LANDED AND NOSE GEAR COLLAPSED.
