(-23) THE PILOT WAS DISTRACTED DURING LANDING BY AVIONICS NOISE AND FAILED TO PUT THE LANDING GEAR DOWN. THE LANDING GEAR WARNING SYSTEM WAS INOPERATIVE AS THE PILOT/OWNER HAD REMOVED THE GEAR WARNING SWITCH. MINOR DAMAGE TO A/C.
