(-23) ON MARCH 31, 2001 AT 0932 PDT, MR. BOCK STARTED A TAKE-OFF AND LOST CONTROL. MINOR DAMAGE TO THE EXPERIMENTAL AIRCRAFT AND NO INJURY TO THE SOLE OCCUPANT.
