## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

(-23) ON APRIL 16, 2001 AT 5:30 PM LOCAL TIME A PIPER PA-18-150, N4141Z, OPRATED BY A COMMERCIAL PILOT SUSTAINED MINOR DAMAGE WHILE TAXIING TO RUNWAY 35 AT FARGO HECTOR AIRPORT. A GUST OF WIND LIFTED UP THE TAIL AND THE PROPELLER HIT THE TAXIWAY. NO INJURIES TO THE SOLE OCCUPANT. VFR CONDITIONS EXISTED AT THE TIME.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
