## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

(-23) ON TAKEOFF THE AIRCRAFT PULLED TO THE RIGHT EVEN WITH FULL OPPOSITE CONTROL. AS THE RIGHT WING LIFTED THE RIGHT MAIN WHEEL OFF THE GROUND THE AIRCRAFT SWERVED HARD TO THE LEFT. DURING THIS SWERVE, THE RIGHT WING IMPACTED A PARKED AIRCRAFT TIED DOWN IN THE PARKING AREA OF THE AIRPORT. DAMAGE TO THE PARKED AIRCRAFT WAS MINOR AND THERE WAS NO DAMAGE TO THE AIRCRAFT THAT WAS TAKING OFF. THE AIRCRAFT CONTINUED TO BOISE AIRPORT AND LANDED. UPON TOUCHDOWN AT BOISE, THE AIRCRAFT SWERVED TO THE RIGHT. THE RIGHT WHEEL BREAK HAD FROZEN THE WHEEL PREVENTING IT FROM TURNING.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
