## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

(-23) ON JULY 12, 2001, A CESSNA MODEL 414, N58H, WAS CONDUCTING FLIGHT OPERATIONS UNDER FAR PART 91, WHEN AT APPROXIMATELY 1755 PDT, DURING A TAKEOFF, THE NOSE OF THE AIRCRAFT WENT DOWN, AND BOTH PROPELLERS AND THE LEFT WING CONTACTED THE RUNWAY. THE RESULTING DAMAGE WAS MINOR, WITH NO INJURIES OT THE PILOT OR PASSENGER. AN INSPECTION BY MAINTENANCE PERSONNEL, FOUND NO DISCREPANCY THAT WOULD HAVE CAUSED THE GEAR TO COLLAPSE.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
