## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

(-23) PILOT WAS LANDING WITH A SLIGHT LEFT CRAB ANGLE. HER FEET WERE AT THE TOP OF THE PEDALS. SHE TRIED TO APPLY PEDAL TO STRAIGHTEN OUT THE AIRCRAFT. SHE BELIEVES THE PEDALS WERE STUCK. THE CAUSE COULD BE DUE TO WEARING SANDALS. NO ANOMALIES WERE FOUND WITH THE RUDDER SYSTEM. PUSHING HARDER ON THE PEDALS THE AIRCRAFT VEERED OFF THE RUNWAY. THE FLIGHT SCHOOL HAS ADDRESSED THIS ISSUE WITH THE PILOT.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
